Kaushik Iyer is the cofounder of Maketronics, a global distributor specializing in obsolete and hard-to-find electronic components. Since launching the company, he has built a trusted international network of clients and suppliers, navigating complex supply chains with agility and insight.
With a background in international business and engineering, Kaushik combines strategic thinking with deep market understanding to turn supply challenges into long-term opportunities. His entrepreneurial journey is defined by a commitment to reliability, innovation, and global growth.
Madhur Gandhi
It all started with a simple question: "Maa, how much does this store make in a day?" That childhood curiosity led me to a lifelong passion for business. Instead of following the traditional engineering route, I pursued Business and later earned my MBA, leading me to roles in Brand Management (ZEE Entertainment), Healthcare (Baxter), and B2B E-commerce (Schneider Electric).
Each chapter sharpened my expertise—marketing, business strategy, global operations. But the real breakthrough? Seeing firsthand how supply chain disruptions impact industries worldwide.
